Yes. Appointments, clients, patients, calendar, vaccinations, invoices, and basic reports are included in the free plan. You only pay for add-on modules and resources above the free limits.
You keep access to the free core. For paid modules, you'll be offered to set up billing. If you decline — modules are paused, but your data is kept for 90 days.
Yes, we help with data migration. Contact us via the form.
Pet owners install the app and sign up with their phone number. When a clinic adds their pet, the owner gets an access request. After confirmation, all visits and vaccinations sync automatically.
Absolutely. Each clinic's data is stored in an isolated database schema. We use Firebase Authentication, and our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform.
We accept payments via LiqPay: Visa, Mastercard, Privat24, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Invoices are generated monthly.
